Natural Pantry Lunches
The Kitchen Garden is still producing some wonderful produce. Exciting news is that we are expanding the vegetable area and are creating a new cutting garden for flowers. Seeds have arrived and we are busy planting.
Every month we host a Natural Pantry Lunch – at 1.00pm

Friday June 7th
Three courses are £20.00 including a glass of Prosecco.
The menu changes each month - some of the favorites so far are Sorrel soup, Fried courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta and herbs, Asparagus risotto, Salad of fennel, kohlrabi and dill, Orange blossom polenta cake and Rhubarb sorbet.

31st May…….Kohlrabi, Rhubarb, Salad Leaves, Borage, Baby Turnips, Spring Onions, Basil, Dill and Strawberries
22nd July …….Cavelo Nero, Cauiflower, Carrots, Strawberries, Gooseberries, Strawberries, Lots of Potatoes, Marigolds, Borage Flowers, Sorrel, Chard, Salad Leaves, Yellow round Courgettes, Broad Beans and Peas!
