A Special Game Experience – Sunday 26th February

We are teaming up with Food Safari again to offer you a wonderful opportunity to have a really special day learning about the shooting, hanging and ageing of wild game with The Wild Meat Company; you will also learn to bone, stuff and roll partridge and skin and joint a rabbit. This will be followed by a delicious three course gourmet game lunch at The British Larder, a fabulous restaurant a couple of miles from The Old Rectory reviewed as outstanding by Jay Rayner in The Guardian recently.

The cost includes the special day then on to The Old Rectory for a delicious supper platter of home cured gravalax, Suffolk ham and a wonderful selection of cheeses, before bed. Start the week with a hearty Full English Breakfast on Monday morning and hopefully not have to rush back to work!
