February 14th is fast approaching and Hannah has cooked up a delicious menu for Thursday 14th and Friday 15th February:

Mussels steamed in Aspall cyder, smoked bacon, crusty bread

Game terrine, red onion jam, toasted brioche

Wild mushroom cannelloni, radish salad, truffle vinaigrette

Pan-fried cod, lemon crushed potatoes, potted shrimps, purple sprouting broccolli

Slow braised Beckbred lamb, honey glazed carrots, minted leeks, Jerusalem artichoke crumble

Rhubarb and white chocolate pannacotta

Lemon meringue pie, raspberry sorbet

Blood oranges, pistachio cake, geranium yoghurt

Three courses for two £60.00 including, a glass of prosecco, coffee and petit fours
