Once again we have teamed up with the superb FoodSafari in Suffolk, who organise specialist food experience and cookery days, to create an exciting Wild Meat Day on Saturday 26th January; you will be taught about the shooting, hanging, preparation and cooking of wild meat and game – learn lots of new skills including how to bone, stuff and roll a pheasant and skin a rabbit. Then sit down and relax over a delicious lunch prepared by Madalene Bonvini Hamel at The British Larder.
The price of £500.00 for two includes an overnight stay here at The Old Rectory on Friday 25th January with a wonderful three course dinner and a hearty Suffolk breakfast the following morning before heading off to The British Larder for your amazing day.
